<p>Thinking of transferring to UMD. Currently a junior at a top school. I’m not really studying what I want to study and am generally not happy. I also can’t really justify paying OOS tuition at a school where I don’t think that i’m learning very much. Would it be worth it to transfer in the spring and spend an extra semester or year at UMD to graduate in 2015?</p>
