<p>I’m going to college in January and I’m wondering how the room assignments work, will I be stuck into a special dungeon reserved for spring admits, or will the amount of people dropping out make room in doubles and quads? Looking to hear from others who did this</p>
<p>At my school, Spring admits typically fill in holes left by people leaving at the end of Fall. People leave for a variety of reasons… other housing, transferring, graduating, etc. So the school admits Spring students with the assumption that there’ll be space from those who left. Different schools have different systems of course, but it’s probably a similar situation.</p>
