Spring Co-ops & contract commitment?

<p>Hello! So I just applied for housing and am rooting for the Units. </p>

<p>However, I was dabbling here and there and came across the co-ops. They look like an interesting experience; however I realize that I probably wouldn’t be able to obtain a spot there for Fall2010. If I apply now for Spring 2011 and get a spot there for that semester, would it be a binding agreement or can I always opt out of it and continue living in the dorms for the whole year? Thank you!</p>

<p>you can always opt out till you sign the contract. They won’t make housing offers for spring for awhile though.</p>
