Question : For those who sent spring grades when their spring semester was over recently to make 30 hours, does that put them at a less of a chance of getting in? Or is everyone in the same pool with getting compared to each other now?
For all the apartment hunters out there: I live in Austin and I would recommend looking for options in the Hyde Park neighborhood (or north of 45th St.) where I live. There are tons of houses for rent around here. I believe a lot of students just moved away for the summer. Not sure on pricing, but my rent is reasonable and I live just north of campus. Public transit isn’t great in Austin, but as students you do have some of the best bus lines catering to you (like the 7 or the 801) so keep that in mind when trying to find a place to live. The 7 is always used by tons of students every morning.

and no I did not I applied for Geology but that school is very small and hard to get into. I applied last year as well and got rejected from both majors but was offered acceptance to COLA Undeclared but I turned it down because I was already going to begin my engineering classes at UofH. This year I wasn’t even offered that lol @britni12
