Spring/Fall 2016 Transfer Thread

@texaslonghorn12 are you sure youre doing it correctly?

@Newsie2015 You go to IDA and request audit right?

@DestineeMoreh said it works for her despite not being in review yet @blue1996

Would y’all think it’s weird that after running my Audit Report only 6 credits of my 66 appear? My previous school is supposed to transfer roughly all of my credits but 1 class so I found this really strange. I applied for Gov, and most of my 66 credits taken were just basic courses; I’ve been in review since early March.

Hey guys, take the degree audit with a grain of salt because mine way empty when I tried while I was still in review but I was still accepted. Just relax and believe you did everything you can to get accepted. And if you don’t get accepted, it’s their loss. Either way it will work out for all of you!

How do you request audit what do you put?

@Newsie2015 hmm interesting

@DestineeMoreh hi, what did you run your audit for, government or international relations (i remembered u posting about the irg major, i wasn’t sure which one u applied to)

@ImpatientUT that makes me feel so much better.

Okay I requested audit and it says “in progress”

I did ask admissions about the audit a while ago, and was told “an actual degree audit is only available to current students.” Then was told that there is a Planner prospective students can use where you have to manually enter in all of your courses.

If you checkout last years thread, many many people got in on June 11-15 and also some after that. My personal opinion is that we are going to hear back after Sunday

@blue1996 I wouldn’t take the audit as a ‘sign’ of whether you’re accepted or not. I did one and it came up blank after already being accepted.

okay

Hey guys. So I’m currently a student at UT and am a student in CNS and I stalk this page for my friend who is trying to transfer in. I was talking to my advisor, who just got done with freshman orientation yesterday, and she said that CNS is accepting more freshman and less transfer students. I’m not sure if she meant all transfers or just internal or just external. Just thought I’d let y’all know. Best of luck to everyone still waiting!

lol give news about mccombs
I wish I had a 4.0

I think it’s common sense for a university to give freshmen preference over transfer students. They want to take the chance on the student who will give them 4+ years of their money over 2-3. This shouldn’t surprise anyone.

@TexasLonghorn12 click on the ID number

or do audit requests then audit results

@SailorVenus lol wow that makes me feel a whole ton better, i guess i just have to wait to really find out.

Has anyone had his/her degree audit come up and then be denied in the past?

I dont think audit matters

haha sorry for causing a stir about audits, I was just curious
