How would I go about getting all the pratice tests I can get my hands on without spending a lot of money. I have the Blue book and that’s it. Would taking the CB SAT course be enough or are there other ways to get practice tests as well?

There are other ways. First of all, collegeboard puts out an SAT preparation booklet with a past test in it every year.

Second of all, IF YOU TOOK THE TEST in January, May, or October, you may pay $24 to have the actual test(copy of course) sent to you. Note that this is only available IF YOU TOOK THE TEST! That being said, you can get your hands on these if you look hard enough…

What SAT preparation booklet are you referring to? I thought the only practice tests in book form by the CB are in the Blue book

Well, the QAS are separate. They are designed to let people who took the test review the questions/answers so they can see what they got wrong.

However, should you obtain one of these QAS booklets, you could treat it as another test. As a plus, the QAS tests have a definitive scoring guide(since, well, they WERE actual tests) instead of a range like in the blue book.
