SRAR Question Mix of Numeric and Letter Grades

My S2’s high school grades are numeric but middle school are letter grades. Core high school courses taken in middle school, like Algebra, need to be included in the SRAR per the instructions. However, when entering courses from middle school, there is no option to enter letter grades in the drop downs mixed with the other numeric grades. Can we convert the middle school letter grades to a number, e.g. B+ = 87-89, A- = 90-92, A = 93-96, A+ = 97-100 ?

Hello! In the “Enter High School/College” tab of the “Academic Record” section of the application you should be able to select “Letters & Numbers” on the Grade Scale. That will allow you to choose from both letter and number grades in the drop down. Please don’t convert any grades and enter everything exactly as it appears on the transcript.

Hope that helps!
