Hello all,

I was just taking a few practice tests from the SSAT website and found them to be very weird. Sometimes the same question was repeated within a verbal section, synonyms sometimes appeared in the analogies (Qs 31-60) and I received incorrect answers and explanations such as:
-Steadfast is the opposite of firm
-Stragglers lack delay
-Catalyst is a type of change

and the extremely confusing “this is a false analogy.”

I am worried since this is from the official SSAT company. Will I get confusing questions like this on the test?

Yes you will. I recall there being a full test online by searching “ssat ivy global PDF”

You can also get seat test prep books at your local library.
