Hi! So I took the SSAT twice and have 1/2 of my results back. On one I got a 9,5,9 with an 85th percentile overall. I’m expecting a 9,7,7 for my second test - but I don’t get that back for another week. If I do end up with these scores, which do you guys recommend submitting? thank you!
If you have a way to define the best one, submit the best one.
My son submitted his first score and now taking the test again - so the schools will get two sets of scores.
AFAIK, there is no harm in submitting multiple scores. I dont think anyone would look down upon a kid taking SSAT multiple times. Test taking is not a natural skill for most middle school students including my DS

Hi! Could you clarify what you mean by ‘9,5,9’ and ‘9,7,7’, are they stanine scores or something? I’m not really familiar with the lingo. 85th percentile is really good, at an Exeter seminar someone asked the score you should aim for and 85th percentile and above is what the AO said.
