<p>did you get a light yellow postcard within the envelope saying ‘if you applied for a program and were not selected as a finalist, you will not receive a separate mailing.’?</p>
<p>I think the “not a finalist for academic scholarship” list includes ssbbr. Check the letter again.</p>
