St. John's College before or after seminary

I’m the type of person who seems to want to do a lot of things in life. I will graduate May 2012 with a B.A. in History from Drury University in Springfield MO. I have wanted to go to seminary for a long time and am leaning toward Eden Seminary in St. Louis MO. I’m a mainline Protestant and would like to pastor a small church or two, preferably in a rural or center-city area.

I also want to be a high school social studies teacher. I have had some education classes and want to finish in a post-bac program, so that I can complete by B.A. in a reasonable amount of time.

Then I recently found out about St. John’s College’s Graduate Institute and their amazing Master of Arts in Liberal Arts program, which I think would be very helpful as both pastor and high school teacher. Would St. John’s Graduate Institute be more helpful before or after seminary?

Can I also take over the family farm and bring the 210-store chain who I’ve worked for during the past 8 years to prosperity? There are so many things that need my attention.
