<p>Hey I have a question about state Stafford Loans. I was attempting to apply for it but when I got to the pull down list of colleges, Penn State was not one of the options. Can anyone that has applied for this loan help me with this question. Any help would be appreciated.</p>
<p>Check again, it is definitely on there. My daughter signed her Master Promissory Note & Penn State is listed.</p>
