<p>hey all, i missed the deadline for the dec. 8th and the late fee deadline, i still don’t quite understand the stand by process. do i have to send in my registration packet before the test or bring it to the test? i was also concerned if i sent it in and don’t get a seat, will i get a refund? thanks</p>
<p>fill it out and arrive early at the test center. bring the packet with you.</p>
<p>if you don’t get a seat, you simply do not pay. you will most likely get a seat though (arrive fairly early!). i took oct 27th standby and was perfectly fine.</p>
