My son joined IUB with Pre-Business major, for him to get admission to Kelley Business school in Sophmore year, does he need to complete Math requirements in first year? It seems Math course to be Pre-Req for ICore. But he is planning to take Math in second year, please advise, Thank you!
According to this (IU entry 2023-25), no math class is required. He should be meeting and planning with an advisor, not a parent to ensure he’s on the right path.

There’s a pre 23, a 24-25 entry and I assume will be a 25+.
If he started in summer 24 or later then it sounds like that one matters.

If my daughter applied to Kelley but doesn’t get admitted, will IUB still admit her to the college? 4.2GPA/1270 SAT/6 Honors/2 APs/2 Dual Enrollment. 2 varsity sports, club sports, paid job, volunteering etc.
You apply to IUB the University first. Everyone does. You get admitted to IUB the University first. Everyone does. Kelley then decides who to admit from those admitted to the University. You should take the SAT again. No risk. Get the auto admit.

Please ask your son to schedule an appointment with his academic advisor. His advisor can not only give advice but literally enroll him into the required classes he needs.
