I’m a junior in high school and if I take 12th grade English over the summer, I will have enough credits to graduate early with a standard diploma. I would love to graduate a year early, but I’m worried that having a standard diploma rather than an advanced diploma will hurt my chances of getting into college. I am not looking to get into any Ivy League schools; in fact, some of the colleges I’m most interested in have acceptance rates as high as 85%. My grades are mostly A’s with a couple B’s (I think my gpa is around a 3.6-3.7) and I do lots of extracurriculars. Any input is appreciated. Thank you!
