Standardized Test Confusion

I have my AP Scores for the past two years and they aren’t too great. 3 in US History, World History, and Chemistry and a 4 in English Language. When I apply to colleges, do I self report these scores or wait until I’m admitted and just send the ones that I would receive credit for. I’m not really sure how this works.
Also, for my SAT/ACT, I got a 33 in my ACT which I’m pretty happy with after taking it 4 times but I could try to retake it but I’m limited on time, I’m not expected to do that great on my SAT judging by my PSAT score, so would it be worth even taking it. I still have to retake my SAT IIs. Is there any reason to actually take the SAT I?

No reason to take the SAT I with that ACT score. You only need SAT IIs for a small subset of colleges (usually very competitive ones which a 33 may not work for). Most colleges don’t care about AP tests (except the highly competitive ones again) until you are admitted and want to get credit for a class.

I am looking at more slightly competitive schools like Boston University, George Washington University, University of California at Berkeley, and schools around that range

You can look up their testing requirements on their web sites.

AP scores are self reported and you don’t even have to mention all of them, if any at all. 33 is enough to get into Berkeley btw so don’t bother with retaking any tests (we’re score twins)…
