Standby registration?? Please help!

I have a few questions about the standby registration for the upcoming SAT.
Obviously, I made a stupid mistake of deciding to take another SAT subject test 4 days before the actual exam.
But, my question is, is there anything that I actually need to do or bring to the test center?
On the website, it says bring waitlist registration paper, but I cannot seem to find that anywhere? (Can someone link it down below?) Would it be okay if I literally just showed up with a pencil, ID, and calculator?

Also, If Cornell said they would still take November scores for Early Decision, do we have the option to see the scores beforehand or would we have to send it right away without knowing out scores ( If we took it in November)?

How important are the sat subjects anyway?
I’m planning on taking the Math 2 and Korean with listening. I don’t know if the Korean exam will really have much effect on my application because, well, I speak Korean…

Thank you for actually taking the time to read my questions.
Just…don’t call me pathetic, I already know I am…smh

wait darn it its now 1:37 AM its not five days anymore… Never mind you guys I guess October test is not an option anymore… So If anyone has answers for my November related questions that would be great!

Cornell accepts Nov tests if they arrive in time to be considered. To assure they will arrive in time to be considered you should name Cornell in your test registration as a college to receive scores upon release, i.e., send the scores without first knowing what they are. That results in the fastest form of delivery, and in fact scores are usually sent a day or two before they are released to you. If you wait to order scores when they are released, they may arrive in time and they may not. College Board gets thousands of new send orders on the day scores are released and how fast CB sends them depends on how fast it processes those orders, which might be anywhere from a few days to over a week from the time of your order.

Cornell requires two subject tests for admission if you are applying to one of its colleges that requires subject tests, which include Arts & Sciences and Engineering. If you fail to submit two for early decision for such a college, you will be kicked over to regular admission and your file deemed incomplete until the subject test scores show up. If you never submit two subject tests, you will be rejected for failure to comply with application requirements. If you are applying to one of its colleges that do not require subject tests, such as Business, then subject tests are not necessary but may be considered and can be of some help if you have high scores.

High ranked colleges, including Cornell, have mentioned in the past that they generally are unimpressed with high SAT language test scores submitted by native speakers of the language.

Thank you so much @drusba. That helped me a lot. Would it be okay if i just added the november test scores after i just send in whatever i have already so I can “complete” my application. I know that Cornell they dont use score schoice, so i would have to send them in anyway. I got a 680 on my Math II and 550 and US HISTORY without studying and im not really happy with these scores. So would i be able to just add in couple scores after submitting the application?
