<p>Personally, I’d have to say ACT. (Even though I did better on the SAT.) I think the ACT does a much better job of measuring intelligence (or aptitude, whatever).</p>
<p>75% of people who retake the ACT get the same score or lower. And the time restraints make additional help almost ineffective.</p>
<p>Like 100% of people who retake the SAT get a higher score (plus it’s often superscored). </p>
<p>The SAT seems to me like something you can “buy out” by taking SAT-prep courses and retaking the test.</p>
