I’m sure the applications are up like Harvard/Columbia. But if Stanford decided to keep 400 slots for class of 2025 because of the gap year students, then there would have been 1300 slots left which would be UBER CRAZY hard to get in. Harvard had 350 gap year students from 2020. Not sure if they deducted the number from the 2021 admission.
