no, when I filled out my application, I put two different addresses.

As best as we can tell everyone’s portal looks exactly the same as of now.

This may still be true, but portal isn’t updated yet. So everyone can still update application.
when you click on withdraw, does everybody have ‘access denied’ ?

no, nobody can withdraw their application. it’s not for rejects
no based on past years, withdraw goes away for EVERYONE

When are the results supposed to come out again?
Anyone have an address change yet?
I just checked a decision video for a guy in the CO 2027, he had his adress and the update button and he got rejected, so this is prob not reliable
