Someone from my school had 1450 and 1510 and both got waitlisted at Princeton, meanwhile my friend with 1580 got straight up rejected 
Once you have above a 1450, you’re good

i had a 35 ACT (around 1510) and also WL. it doesn’t matter much like i said because most poeple applying have great scores

How ‘spiky’ were your Stanford application guys?
My son had a 1560 and we thought this would help him get into non-UC schools (that don’t look at it at all). Weirdly, he’s been waitlisted or rejected at every school that saw his SAT and gotten into almost every school that didn’t look at it. Including 50% acceptance rate schools. shrug

yeahh i used to ■■■■ on the indian system of admissions…but now i feel they are far superior as one or a group of tests is much better than this holistic crap
