I believe so. Additionally, admitted studentsā€™ events are classic portal astrology and have been patched for nearly all colleges by now.

They might consider it. If you were already a guaranteed reject, they might not. But if you were borderline (3/3+/2-/2/2+) they might. Best plan is to call them and ask if they will consider it.
