Stanford High School Summer College - 8 or 11 units?

I’ve just been accepted into the Stanford High School Summer College, and I’m picking out the courses I want to take. I’d like to take Programming Abstractions (5 units), Client-Side Internet Technologies (3 units), and Bioethics (3 units). I feel like I can handle this courseload, but does someone who’s been to this summer program know how much work I’ll have to do with 11 units? I’d also like to have fun when I’m there, and if 11 units will mean constant work I’ll probably just take 8 units (Programming Abstractions and Bioethics).

@roneil: see this advice from Stanford HSSC website:
Participants in the residential program must enroll in eight to twelve quarter units, with at least six units in academic departments. Although our residential students may enroll in a maximum of twelve units, we recommend they stay in the eight to ten unit range to allow time to balance academics with extracurricular social and educational activities planned through the residence.
