<p>I am in a very difficult,yet lucky position. I can finish my BS in MAthematical Science at my local universiy (UTEP 2nd tier university) in one year and get payed like 5 grand per semester to go to school , or I can go to Stanford with everything paid but no extra cash and probably finish my bs in 3-3.5 years. I have been only one semester at Utep and Stanford accepted me as a Freshmen. I can graduate so fast due to all my ap credits. I would love to experience something new, but at the same time I can finish my bs in one year. Please give me some feedback so that I can make the best decision. Thanks</p>

<p>Do you think you could get a job, go to grad school, or whatever your post-grad plans might be with the UTEP degree? If so, that would be a decent option. The Stanford route is of course also excellent.</p>
<p>You’re being offered an all-expense-paid 4 years at one of the top universities in the nation. Are you really going to be as prepared for the real world coming out of UTEP in one year as you would going to Stanford, making friends and connections, and learning with the best for 4? And really, $5,000 in your pocket is a couple of nice, month-long vacations in exotic places. Is that worth more than Stanford for 4 years?</p>
