<p>i think you are worrying about college too soon. dont narrow your search to the ivy’s just yet. you are just a sophomore. things may change during your junior year. but if you keep up the good work, and get some good news when you get back your SAT scores whenever that is, then i think you have a good chance of going to practically wherever you want to. good luck.</p>

You sound like a smart girl but just enjoy high school before you worry about college applications. It will come soon enough. High school, whether you believe it or not, is a lot of fun.</p>

<p>You assumed WAYYYY too many things? You assume you will get at least a 2300 on the SAT, you assume you will be a leader of all this crap, you assume you will be a national merrit finalist?</p>

<p>i assumed i would get that score only because on practice SATs i have taken with my tutor, i have been scoring generally around that range. I assume I am going to be taking on leadership positions because the presidents of 2 clubs have already asked me to be next year’s president, and because i am putting a lot of time and effort into the clubs. And in these particular clubs, the previous presidents choose next year’s leaders. as for the national merit finalist thing, if i made the cutoff this year, isnt it highly probably that I will next year too?</p>
