Stanford Restricted Early Action Class of 2030 Official Thread

I am wondering the same!

Anyone know when decisions are expected to come out? I was under the impression it should be the 12th this friday (2nd friday of December) like it has been historically, but haven’t seen any official confirmation. Any chance they pushed to next week?

Wondering the same. Just based on history, it would be this Friday around 4pm PST. It seems to typically be a Friday and the 19th would be quite late for them. 2nd Friday in December seems to be their date. Good luck!

so i know stanford said that they will post whenever the decision comes out a few days beforehand they will updateus to tell us the deicsion date (as in they will let us know on Tuesday the decision date is on Thursday for example), and most estimates placed ir rhat the decision date would be on Friday the 12th but there has still not been any announcement for it yet so im wondering can it still be on friday @4pm pst given that it has been on that day for most years?

or would it be more likely that they will tell us 2-3 days beforehand? like last year, when did they post about when the decision datewould be? was it1 day before or 2-3 days before? so would the decision date be next week and not 12th?

thanks

why haven’t they confirmed it yet tho? would that mean they post it 1 day before?

Last year it looks like they updated the site to officially confirm the release date about 50 hours before the date, which would be like an hour or two from now.

That’s from the web wayback machine.

From the last year astrology, if you get ā€œaccess deniedā€ message, you got rejected and if you got anything else it’s acceptance; although it only works if the student is from the given areas. So, test accordingly. As I’m int’l, I’ve got no options. So haven’t gotten other students from the US whose area of high school isn’t given for invitation for admission reception. Here is the link:- Admit Receptions | Admitted Undergrad Students

Best of luck y’all!

If a reception is listed in your state but not your city, do we think it will work as an indicator, either way?

No, it must be in your city to match.

Ok. Dang.

Was anyone who is in one of the cities able to access it?

I’m too scared to try it. We live in a suburb of one of the cities.

Orange County resident, got access denied message for the Orange County link. Guess we’ll find out tomorrow if it’s accurate.

Just try it. Don’t get too stressed. #InThisTogether

Would this be active now or not until tomorrow when the portals change?

That is bizarre. We live in Colorado, but not Dever, so the Denver session won’t work for us? It has to be our exact city?

It’s active NOW.
