December 15th for REA?
Edited
Is this confirmed?
About 2 weeks ago I saw it on stanford website somewhere as Dec15th, trying to get that link. Now I see it as Mid-December in here on their website:
That would be a SundayâŠis this listed somewhere? Typically I was told they relese on the second Friday of December which would put it at December 13th?
I couldnât find the exact date First-Year Applicants : Stanford University
Aid Notification: Requirements and Dates : Stanford University
Both links mentioned Mid-december(sorry about stating Dec15th, I was very sure that I saw Dec15th somewhere, I guess I was wrong)
no worries, you probably saw the date from a prior year!
Do âlikely lettersâ go out for REA?
Only to athletes as far as I am aware.
Hi guys. Does anyone know when the results are coming for REA?
Likely next week?
from last year admits, I have heard that they send out a short email or notification to who who they admit before decisions. Did anyone get anything similar?
I didnât get anything; do you mean a likely letter?
not sure what would be the point of that? REA is such a short cycleâŠDid this happen to anyone that you personally know, who was not a recruited athlete?
Perhaps @anthromom can comment about the email?
My daughter hasnât heard anything yet.
I read somewhere that in past cycles legacy applicant families have received an email reminding alumni parents that Stanford is very selective and most legacy applicants are rejected, but I havenât gotten that yet either.
Countdown is on! Iâm a mom too⊠goodluck to your daughter!
I have a friend who is a recruited athlete and didnât get a likely letter. sheâs a freshman at stanford
Does anyone else not see their optional recommendation listed in their portal? Is it apart of the application or do they list it separately?
Can you pls post a screen shot of where you see this optional rec?
What does this mean?
News & Announcements on Standford site says REA decision available 12/13 4pm PST
