<p>On the Stanford website it says that the deadline is November 1, before going on to further add:</p>

<p>Does that mean the midnight prior to, or after, November 1? (i.e. is it in 12 hours, or 36?) My best friend is applying and obviously the deadline is soon either way, so a speedy response would be much appreciated. Thanks.</p>

Are you guys totally sure? I’m freaking out about it a bit myself. 
Trying to polish my essays as much as I can, don’t quite feel they’re perfect yet, and I am so feeling the pressure.</p>
