Stanford supplementary info?

I have been made aware of Stanford’s SAT II college of science and engineering policy only a couple weeks before the last accreted test date. They highly recommend math 2 and a science, and my only other out state college, Cornell, requires it. I am totally unprepared to take chem/physics seeing as my school offers only basic chem and dual enrollment physics. The physics cannot be taken until senior year, so I am terribly unprepared seeing as I’m only half way through. I was able to manage a decent score on SAT’s practice test using intuition and what we have learned so far. I also have to take math 2, but my school fairly well prepared me for that. I know Stanford says no to supplementary materials like newspaper articles, etc., but this is not covered in their description. Could I send them a copy of the letter explaining my circumstances that I am already planning to send to Cornell? Would I be be crossing a line?
