They’re the Kings. What do I know about their management? I only know about Lombardi and Sutter because they were Sharks coach and GM before they were Kings coach and GM. I saw their entire tenure here, so I know what they’re like, especially Sutter. Eventually, players are going to stop responding to his hard-charging mucking and grinding style.

I got into hockey at the beginning of my career when I worked with the D of a much-loved Flyers player and subsequently had an office mate from Canada who was a sports management major and total hockey fanatic. I was taught well. 
@CountingDown It’s okay. We’re friendly rivals. This has been such a good series and I hope that tonight’s game continues that path. As I’ve said before, we’ve had such a great season in Toronto, and with these young kids, it will only improve in the future. To go from the very last place in the league a year ago, to taking the team with the best record this year to Game 6, well, that’s pretty satisfying.
Anyone else watching the Bruins/Sens game this afternoon? This, I think, has been the most exciting series. These teams have battled hard and every game has been a one goal game. Fourth game to go into OT. How can you not love the playoffs.

Toronto played out of their minds the entire series. I think they have some great seasons ahead of them! Their fans are such a big advantage for them, too. Five OTs in six games. It’s just nuts.

Hoping the Penguins can beat the Capitals! If the Capitals do prevail though, I’d probably end up rooting for them going forward since one of my sons lives in DC . But Let’s Go Pens!
Looks like my Ducks are facing the Oilers in Round 2 on Weds night with a slight advantage of home ice for the first 2 games, though our record with them during the regular season is 2-3 this year. I hope Anaheim has rested well after their sweep. GO DUCKS!!!

First loss for the Ducks in post-season… and at home :-S I knew the Oilers would be tough. What an ugly game, too… fighting in the last seconds. Not the best I’ve seen them play.
