<p>You must register with the appropriate testing agency well in advance of the date on which you wish to be tested. You should be aware that scores on tests taken after December may not reach the Admissions Office in time for consideration.</p>

<p>It seems like some kind of disconnect between what they say in writing and what you say they said on the phone. When in doubt, always trust what is in writing over what is said verbally.</p>
<p>I agree with everyone else: you need to add at least one, possibly two, safety schools to your list. Adding them does not mean you don’t have a shot at your other schools. U Mich should NOT be considered a safety at this date for an out of state student with your grades - it is more of a match. </p>
