What are some state schools that will be the stepping stone for law school. Meaning state schools where I can get a high GPA. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
A stepping stone for any law school, or a top law school?
@merc81 Top 35
Your stepping stones to law school are much more your GPA and LSAT score (see http://lawschoolnumbers.com ) and having enough money to go to law school without ridiculous amounts of debt.
Note that state schools outside of your state of residency are often expensive with little or no financial aid.
You probably want to aim higher than top 35, since the 30-35 ranked law schools tend to have only about 65-75% employment rates for graduates, according to http://www.lstscorereports.com/schools/ .
