<p>I have this award that says it can be used at state-supported colleges. Does state-supported mean it can only be used in the state I received it?</p>
<p>I think it means it is good at a public college or university as opposed to a private institution</p>
<p>You have to ask the granting agency whether it can be used for a public OOS school.</p>
