Statistics at BU

If I want to engage myself on the study of statistics related with finicial, master degree.
Is it a good choice to be here?

internship, teachers, …

As a international student, I really appreciate your info

Are you talking a major in statistics, as in the math dept? [Here’s the website.](http://math.bu.edu/index.html) It’s apparently one of the best programs in the country - at least the website says they’re ranked #5 by the Chronicle of Higher Education. (I don’t think much of ratings and I have no idea how these ratings are compiled or what they mean for undergrad versus grad programs.) They have a separate page for statistics and probability.

Follow the links and you’ll see they offer a bunch of different concentrations. There’s a masters program in mathematical finance but at the undergrad level there’s a program that combines economics and math.
