<p>I hate to be honest, but I think you have less of a chance than normal. Your SAT scores are low for UGA and your unweighed GPA doesn’t help either. It’s not that low, but it’s not high enough for any guarantee. You have pretty good extra-curricular though (woohoo for yearbook editor…I was one too). What’s your intended major?</p>

I would like to either go into film or science enginneering. I know another school would probably be best for my majors of choice, but I really want to go to UGA.
Some other things are, I do know my ACT and SAT scores are very low. But it was my first time taking both of them, and when I took them last year i hadn’t even taken Geometry or Advanced Englisg and thats why I did so bad. I plan on joint enrolling at Georgia Southern next year and I got accepted into both AP classes at my school. And i actually think my unweighed GPA is higher than that, but since I just started junior year two days ago I don’t know yet. Thanks</p>

<p>Ha wow thats an awesome score on the SAT. And yes I plan on really applying myself this year. I hope if I have a good GPA this year with all of my rigorous classes it will help my test scores.</p>
