Staying in WOODLAWN is it convenient for someone studying at NYU.

<p>I’m going to new York university next semester and I’m looking for off-campus housing.</p>

<p>I notice the neighborhood, Woodlawn, have reasonable rent and nice. But I wonder if it’s within reasonable distance from NYU, or you think the commute will be hectic.</p>

<p>Do you know for example how often the trains go back and forth between the two, including the weekend.
Also, Is it reachable by subway, or only by north train.</p>
