So as all of you are aware, stereotyping is a major flaw that every human is naturally predisposed to. It is the soul major reason for inequality in this world. What is your opinion on what should be done with it? Leave it? Or eradicate it (which would mean the destruction of humanity, since stereotyping cannot be eliminated within any living human)?

Be the change you want to see in the world

I doubt anyone would say leave them and I believe fallacious arguments can be eradicated without destroying all humans.

Um, this is a really politically-incorrect thing to say, but I feel like stereotypes (esp. the ones based on what country somebody’s from) actually have a lot of truth in them. The trick is not to assume that everyone you meet is going to conform to the stereotype. I mean seriously, I’m sure there are a good number of shy Greeks, but in general they really are like the ones on My Big Fat Greek Wedding. That doesn’t mean that the shy ones are any less Greek, it just means that they happen to be not like the majority of people of their nationality.

And now I’m going to get slammed for saying that, I know…
