<p>my SATs are higher than the kids that applied to penn state in the past 2 years. and my GPA is significantly higher than the kids that applied and got admitted to PSU last 2 years. i haven’t heard back from them either and i applied on mid October. does it really mean i’m on the bubble? cause i clearly can not be. what could’ve happend?</p>

<p>an admissions counselor called me and said if i changed my major and considered starting in the summer then he would offer me admission, so i did! this was yesterday.</p>

<p>No, usually it says something like your decision will be posted here in the coming days. But mine still says what yours does and I’m getting so frustrated! I’ve been waiting forever!! Does anyone know if Penn State super scores SATS?

<p>It also mightve helped that I was Hawaiian and was OOS. Not sure. I was surprised because I was on “bubble” obviously with my low SAT score</p>
<p>My status just changed today to “Thank you for applying to Penn State. Your application has been received and is being reviewed. An admission decision will be posted here in the coming days.” Does anyone know how many days “in the coming days” means??? I applied in September so I am super excited to finally find out!</p>

I got that message one night sometime between 4pm-8pm. My acceptance was there at 7am the next morning. It takes like between 1-4 days once u get that message to hear a response.</p>

<p>jraustria: my daughter had that message for many months before it changed to: “a decision will be made here in the coming days.” Of course no one can know when you will really hear from Penn State, we can all just give you our experiences. After it changed to the “coming days” message, my daughter heard in two days. Then got a package in the mail the next day. Hang in there.</p>
