Still too late to submit "supplemental" material?

I applied RD to CALS for animal science and am looking to become an equine vet in the future. My equine and artistic involvement has been a huge part of my life and makes up the bulk of my application, and CALs looks at fit more than most colleges at Cornell because you cannot go in as an undeclared major. I was the first person in my six high school wide district to obtain a varsity letter in equestrian sport after petitioning for three+ years, and the district is writing an online article for the district’s homepage highlighting this achievement and my other honors/awards. It should be finished within the next couple days, and I was wondering if it is still too late to have them submit this to Cornell as a “supplemental” material? My alumni contact in my alumni session asked me about it off my resume and wrote lots of notes regarding this area of my application, so I would assume it made it into her report that she sent to admissions, but I know every little bit counts and could potentially tip the scales.

nah bro they probably already made a decision for u anyway just chillax and ride it out

But I bet there’s nothing wrong to send them. Admission officers still have several weeks left to officially release the decision and are still going through the review. Who knows your supplemental material might be able to shift their minds and try to reconsider your application once more before the end of March?

They sent an email out back in January-ish saying that all supplementary materials are due by February 15th. Nonetheless, I guess can try and send them if you want.

I never got an email (I haven’t gotten much from them in general email wise) and this “supplement” just happened in the past week or so, when I submitted my app I had no idea it was going to even happen
