Still Young, Need Advice

Hello I am a mixed Pakistani/Cuban male, I’m only in my sophomore year in high school, but need advice on what to do to to secure myself a spot at my dream school in my dream program (NYU, MCC @ Steinhardt) and have the following stats:

GPA: © 3.8 (W) 4.3
Class rank: Top 20%
AP/AICE Classes (AICE classes are the equivalent to AP at my school, done through Cambridge University):
Currently in AICE International History, AICE Psychology and AICE Global Perspectives
Planning on Taking: AICE Global Perspectives(A Level), AICE Sociology(AS & A Level - 2 Years), AICE Photography/Media,
AICE Lang, AICE Lit, AICE Marine Bio, AICE US History, AP Gov
(Totaling to 12 - Give or take) The rest of my classes are honors level.

Testing: Yet to take both SAT & ACT, but I understand I need to score high, and most likely will.
(What score do you recommend?)

Volunteer Hours: Already have 150+, Planning on getting around 750+

ECs & Leadership Positions: Debate Team (9), Fashion Club (9-12; President 10-12), Key Club (9-12; Board Member 10-12), DECA (11-12?), PR Firm Internship (my teacher’s best friend owns a firm, and is helping me get an internship for summer of 10-12).
Any other recommendations?

Background: Single-parent home, first generation attending college, sister received her master’s in social work at NYU)

I can get good teacher and peer recommendations and my sister is an educational consultant who would be excellent in helping me write my college essays.

I want to apply to Steinhardt for Media, Culture and Communications with a focus in Public Relations, but I know how difficult it is to get into NYU (probably ED btw). Please give me any feedback or recommendations to help me get in! I appreciate your help!
