my husband suffers from this affliction…or should I say we , his family suffers ?

I bought a device a few years ago…an ionic shoe stink machine. Works like you wouldn’t believe. Battery operated. I think I got it from either Brookstone or the now defunct Sharper Image…maybe a google search would find something

I have heard that about Uggs too but they also don’t anticipate that kids are going to wear them with shorts on a 60 degree day. Uggs were originally designed as slippers that could be worn on a brief outing to pick up the mail for example. I also think it would be key to let them dry out completely before wearing them again.

My problem when searching online before you posted the above links, is I did not know what I was looking for was called loafer socks. I was googling men’s peds and no show socks. I see Gold Toe has the beige ones, so I might check the outlets this weekend. I think I like the ones on the Comfilon website, but I think I have a problem ordering from a site that seems to cater to those with a fetish. Their FAQ said the items are shipped in a plain envelope, which only made me think again about ordering! Of course if I can not fine what I want locally I will order from them.

Where else other than CC can you find information on just about everything?

I wear my LL Bean " wicked good slippers " to take my daughter to the bus stop, take out the garbage and run car only errands.
Got Uggs too, as do all of my kids…I keep hearing that they are way out of style , yet they are still really hot sellers in our area. Cannot wear them on a warm day

We have found that cheap spray deodorant/antiperspirant works well. Clean and thoroughly dry feet, then just spray on right before putting on shoes and/or socks.

I also recommend letting shoes dry out between wearing, then spray with Lysol, let dry, and spray with extra-strength Febreeze.
