razor blades! I buy them on ebay and the guys love them. Last year I was able to buy 6 months worth for about 30. I love the magnetic wristband thing. My H has several versions of the hat with light in it. It comes in handy when you are working on something and the light is not good and you need bother hands to do the repair.
These look cool and not too expensive:

Saw an ad for adult coloring books. I plan to pick up a few for stocking stuffers.
I love wrapped presents. I actually even use a color theme every year as well. Target will sell paper in a group of colors. My kids apparently never even noticed but I wrapped Santa presents in different paper.
If you have a Five Below store near you, it’s a great place to pick up stocking stuffers! Everything is less than $5. My teens love that place. They have those adult coloring books there too. A good place for your kid to shop for their Christmas list also. Go soon though, they are wiped out by Christmas week!
@eyemamom, Santa here always used Santa pattern wrapping paper, no other Santa print would be under the tree. He would wrap a couple of the stocking gifts too. I’m not sure if they ever noticed either lol
In my family, the parents did not get stockings but in husband’s family they did. It is a bit of a source of friction as I find it hard to find stuff for him that is not too pricey.
I buy spices from the local spice shop for kids and DH, as well as socks, gum, chapstick etc. The kids each get an ornament every year. But would love to figure out something more interesting!
For spices, you should check out Penzey’s, they are amazing. They are having a special (today is the last day!) for $10 off gift boxes, and free shipping over $20. I have given them for gifts before and they are always well received!
Enter Code: Santa for the $10 off.
This thread was helpful to me last year. Anyone have some new suggestions? For DHs?
How about for a 12 year old boy?
The year I discovered how very much everyone loved these gift cards was wonderful:
Starbucks
Movie theater
Chipoltles
Also:
wool socks from LLBean
Burts Bees samplers (from Target)
Sneaker/ gym bag balls (deodorizers)
Heavy duty hand and foot creams -(from our local family owned hardware store) - my kids get very dry hands
- O’Keeffe’s Working Hands, Corn Huskers Lotion, Bag Balm, etc.
I just got some “bath bombs” from Lush for one daughter. They’re big so I hope they fit!
The Dollar store had $1 charging cords for non-Apple electronics in cool colors, even some nice multi-color flat cords. There were heavy-duty socks with grippy bottoms at Sam’s Club for under $7/pair. Lots of munchies are always a big hit around here–it’s one of the few times a year S will indulge in “junk food.”
Fixer multi tools
Hydro flask pint glasses
Manicure sets in cute cases for desk/car
Sea salt variety pack (from Trader Joe’s)
Books
Socks
Christmas ornaments
I’ll hit up Archie McPhee at the weekend for something silly
Ooh, extra charging cords are a good idea. So are the double USB plugs for your home outlet and for the car.
Here are a few product ideas I saved with my young adults in mind:

Last year I bought TIles for the kids and myself. Cheaper in a 4-pack. I love mine!
I get earbuds and charging cables a lot. I figure they don’t last forever, and it’s conventient to have extras.
Honestly…I’ve porchassd charging cables from Big Lots, and Dollar Tree. JUNQUE. They had to be replaced quickly.
I spent a little more and go my last one at BBB…and it’s going strong after more than a year.
My stocking stuffers this year…socks. Everyone wants them! I also get Burts Bees lip balm for everyone.
Love the nail clippers!
We have runners in the family and they run in the rain. I ordered these : https://www.amazon.com/uFashion3C-Floating-Waterproof-Headphone-Armband/dp/B00Y8217YE/ref=pd_ybh_a_7?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=PTAKN1MJ1R1S3CV3KM8A I thought they might be good for when they kayak or use the stand up paddle boards too.
Also ordered some regional BBQ rubs in little tins for guy stockings. Got them from etsy!
Bombas socks…one purchased, one donated. Similar to Toms shoes
I bought LED glowy flashy wristbands for my runners/night walkers. They were $5 piece at Eddie Bauer at 50% off.
Trader Joe’s has GREAT stocking stuffers. The nice three pack tube lotion - split it up in 3 stockings. Same with the sugar scrubs. Good smelling shaving cream. Holiday treats galore!
I mentioned this on another thread: solar powered flashlights.
