My S’s coat was taken out of a locker at his school’s athletic facility last semester…it was a nice coat and a popular brand (his name was inside), so it’s very likely that it was stolen. This sort of thing happens everywhere, unfortunately. He does have an old blue blazer to wear to parties that are jacket and tie, but will involve a lot of spilling. I bought him a new coat for Christmas, but now he wears an old coat whenever he knows that he’ll have to leave it somewhere.
