Does SB only release decisions on Friday nights?
I have still not seen any changes on my SOLAR page. Does this mean I am going to be rejected?
@sbuadmissions I am concerned. Everyone else I know has already been accepted to Stony Brook months ago and I still havenāt heard anything. Is this because I am not as well qualified as they are?
Weāre still not done, folks. April 1 is still a few weeks away!

I think it is cool that an admission person from a big state school cares enough to monitor this forum and posts. THanks Chris! It does add something to her decision between a small honors program at a state college and a private institution

Thanks, all. Stony Brook has (fairly or not) a reputation, like most big public universities, of being cold and impersonal and not having anyone to helpā¦ when actually, itās really quite the opposite. There are DOZENS of us who are here to help. Itās just that weāre not all in one place, and it sometimes takes a little navigation to figure out the right place to go.

Hey has ANYONE regular decision received an acceptance or rejection this past week? No one is really posting anymore. Just curious.
Also I thought all regular decision would be done before transfer students but transfer students are already getting their acceotances. So does that mean all that are still waiting for regular decision are out of luck?
