<p>It’s a trend because Invisible Children just created this drive. They’ve been doing good work for years and they especially target young people high school to college age (they’re come to my school), so many of them picked up the campaign as it began and spread it around. Personally, I hate most Facebook trends and “Facebook activism” but this is well worth it and I have to say that I absolutely love this organization. It’s worth looking them up.</p>
