<p>This is not a scam but real money available for service personnel from all the branches (the Air Force Times just had the clearest article). For some reason, more than half of those who are eligible are not filing for this money and it could certainly be beneficial, esp. for those who have returned, left the service, and now cannot find work. </p>
<p>The bill hasn’t passed yet but it looks very likely that the deadline will be extended until Sept 30, 2011.</p>
