Strange behavior from floormate?

There is someone on my floor who will stay in the bathroom for an hour+ at a time. Sometimes it is quiet in there, other times I hear water running and the toilet flushing (not several times in a row, but several times spaced out over an hour or two). Sometimes the person will take his/her laptop into the bathroom and play videos or something. There is always a lot of toilet paper in the trash bin after these visits. What is going on? I’m worried about this person and find this behavior atypical, but don’t know if I should be doing something (and I don’t know this person very well so I don’t want to be overstepping my boundaries).

lol, I think I know what’s going on…

I think it is pretty obvious.

I see this happening all the time. Suite mates frequently don’t get along and their lifestyle choices often are of conflict to each other. It’s obvious that this person is a new gamer. The suite mate is an experienced gamer. The newbie most likely feels ashamed and sees going to the bathroom to play online games on their laptop the only option. Of course, the newbie still gets tormented online by his teammates. This explains the tissues. This person is hurt. Go console them next time and reassure them that they’ll become better.

That…or there’s a naughty monkey that needs to be spanked.

Yeah often times gamers resort to the comfort of a bathroom stall to conduct their business. I too, have seen people leaving bathrooms with laptops, looking sweaty from vigorous gaming, leaving in their wake mounds of paper from wiping away blood, sweat, and tears.
Don’t worry-it’s completely normal

The answers are stranger than the original question…

This is normal, he is crying tears of relief

I can’t tell if the replies are serious or not…but I don’t believe the person is a gamer.

loool definitely one of em joystick gamers. Those the one really into the game, most emotional and all. Just hope they dont get confident enough to take it to the room, might get messy.

I’m not sure if dartgirl16 is understanding these responses just yet. I also am questioning whether dartgirl16 is serious about this post or if she is just after a laugh.

I’ll answer the question with the assumption that she is being sincere. To answer your question, dartgirl16- No, most of these posts are not serious. The others on this thread are using euphemisms to imply that the person you are speaking of is going to the bathroom to masturbate.

and you just killed it…

C’mon, asianamericanson. You guys had your fun for long enough. I’m just thinking that maybe dartgirl16 really doesn’t know what’s going on and is really looking for answers. I would agree that many of the previous posts were humorous, but I think we owe it to dartgirl16 to finally be straight up with her. I’m sorry if I ruined your fun.

Come on blue.

Guys, I’m sorry. I was just trying to be helpful to dartgirl16. Besides, no joke goes on forever. Someone had to blow it eventually; it might as well have been me.

If you were truly sorry, you wouldn’t have ruined it., but little did you know that you actually continued it…

dartgirl16, Blue is saying that eventually, this person’s game playing has to be stopped and you’re the chosen one.

Niquii is my hero.
