<p>I am a prospective MS in Civil Engineering - Structural student at both the University of Kansas and Texas A&M University. I am trying to go to the school that will benefit me the most career-wise. I am torn because I have personal ties to Kansas and Texas A&M is ranked considerably higher in the newest US News Rankings for Civil Grad Programs (A&M # 13 and KU # 66). Any advice that you can offer in regards to attractiveness to employers, research facilities, expertise of faculty etc., for both schools would be greatly appreciated!!!</p>
