Stubborn guidance?

<p>I know Columbia DOES NOT want supplementary materials to be sent (resumes). My guidance counselor, who’s been doing this forever, refused to break her routine and sent my resume anyway. Does admissions hold that against you, or is it as simple as them not looking at it and discarding it? I applied early, so regardless of the answer the papers are already on their way. </p>
