I have been drilling myself on Blue Book and Barron’s problems for at least 30 minutes a day for the last couple of weeks. I start from the back of the math section and only do the hardest problems. I also watch Khan Academy videos for insight into completing tricky problems.

I always miss 1-2 math questions, a couple of CR questions, and 4-5 writing questions. Always.

What in the world is happening? I need a 215+, and I only have 4 more weeks :(!

I’m also stuck at 2100. I’ve been stuck for a while; this is not good.
What I’m going to do is review all the vocab words I missed in the BB, go through every Identifying Sentence Error question and fix the error, and redo the hard math questions. As for passage reading (my weakness) I’ll try to do 2+ passages a day…but since school started, my schedule has been so hectic even without SATs D: good luck to you! :)

Your getting that on PSATs?! thats bloody great! Id be happy if i could get that on the actual! You will no doubt be able to get a 2050+ on the actual.

I think your problem is that youre over working yourself. Take a break for about 2-3 days…just scroll around the forums and look at people’s questions and try to answer them. Dont go hardcore in your books for the next 2-3 days. A little break is what you need friend!

well dumb mistakes are a lot harder to cut down on than lack of knowledge. When I don’t know how to do a math problem, I figure out which concept it tested (probability, combinations/permutations, expressions, etc…) and go find some practice on that subject on the internet.
